My stay at Kyoto Ryokan Hirashin was truly authentic and enjoyable. The traditional Ryokan style with tatami mats and futons added a unique touch to the experience. The service was excellent with staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was superb, close to Nishiki Market and convenient for exploring the city. Although the dining experience was not as expected, the hotel overall offered great value for money.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The rooms were ready earlier than expected, spacious, and even surprised us with extra beds.
